We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both effective and affordable. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
We accept payment by cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We offer in-house payment plans as well as financing through CareCredit. We also offer discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment and for multiple family members in treatment.
If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. No insurance pays 100% of all procedures.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let us know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We are a preferred provider for many insurance plans including MetLife. We will file your claims and will fully attempt to help you receive your full insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within a reasonable time frame. If we are not contracted under your insurance, you will be given a copy of services and charges to file with your insurance claim form.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Check to see whether your employer offers a medical spending account. Medical spending accounts allow you to cover your orthodontic treatment costs using pre-tax income that is set aside for medical/dental expenses.
HOW MUCH IS ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT?
The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. To be fair, we really need to at least see the patient to even give a ballpark of what the fee for treatment will be. At your initial exam, we will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option so that you can make the best choice for you or your child’s smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget so you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.
AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLANS
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it. Specialty Smiles does not want finances to stand in the way of a beautiful smile for you or your child and has made it easy to get started.
** Our financial payment options include: cash, check, FSA, HSA, direct debit, most major credit cards, and we work with most insurance plans. **
If you have insurance that will be covering any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage or ideas about how we can make your entire orthodontic experience a pleasant one.

Then, we set up monthly payments, which we can stretch out over the course of treatment and sometimes well beyond.
Affordable Monthly Options
Flexible payments so you can build an interest-free payment plan designed to fit almost any budget! To make it easier for you and your family, we can stretch payments out over the course of treatment and well beyond — all with 0% financing.

Is Invisalign More Expensive Than Braces?
There is no difference in cost between clear and metal brackets. Aligners are often the same cost depending on the complexity of your treatment. In addition to Invisalign, we offer other types of clear aligners that can be used for more limited tooth movement, and these sometimes cost even less than Invisalign.
