Our Mission

At Specialty Smiles we believe everyone deserves to have a special and confident smile, including adults and children. We combine expert knowledge with a fun atmosphere, providing our patients with the confidence of knowing they are receiving the best orthodontic care. Our team also aims to provide this care in an affordable manner, offering many payment options and accepting most insurance plans.

Appointments

We work hard to keep our office running efficiently and on time. We also understand that things come up. Your scheduled appointment time has been set aside specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill in that scheduled time with another patient that might like to come in sooner. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is dedicated to helping patients maximize their insurance benefits. We are in network providers for a number of insurance carriers. Actual insurance policies can vary among groups and individuals. Because of this, we can only estimate your benefits but cannot guarantee payment due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will determine your estimated benefits and bill insurance companies for services rendered as they occur. Any part of the insurance benefit not covered will be your responsibility. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage. If you have any questions along the way, our Financial Coordinator is available to help at any moment.
